When entering name(s), please make sure that you double check the spelling in order to prevent an error in your order. Personal Expressions, Inc. is not responsible for errors due to incorrect information, misspellings, etc.




There are two standard monogramming styles - traditional and contemporary.


In the traditional style, the last name initial is in the middle and the first/middle initials are on either side. Or, in the case of a married couple, the last name initial is in the center, the wife's initial is on the left side, and the husband's initial is on the right side.


In the contemporary style, all initials are the same size and in the order of first, middle, and last names.


If you choose a 3-letter monogram, please indicate in the comments section which style you'd prefer. Also, please give us the full name of the person so we can make sure to get the initials in the right order. If we have any questions, we'll be sure to contact you.


For each corporate logo, there is a one-time set up charge that is based on the number of stitches in the logo. Typical set up charges are $35-60. We will gladly give you a quote before you complete your order.



Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order. The method we use to ship is typically based on the weight of the order.


For orders weighing less than 13 ounces, we use U.S.P.S. first class postage, which typically takes from 2-5 days for delivery.


For orders weighing more than 13 ounces, we use U.S.P.S. Priority Mail which takes 2-4 days for delivery.


For orders exceeding 15 pounds we use either U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on cost and how quickly you need the shipment.


Overnight and expedited shipping are available if necessary.


Shipping costs are based on the weight of each item.


We would like for you to be delighted with every item you order from us. If for any reason you are not pleased, we will work with you toward your satisfaction. Feel free to call or e-mail us.



We have designed our prices to be reasonable and fair, so there isn't a lot of room for discounting. Check out similar items and you'll find that we are very reasonably priced. We will, however, be glad to give you a quote for orders of more than 12 items.
